โœ… Returns

We offer easy returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Only applicable for non-medicated, non-personal items (e.g., no returns on opened medical/surgical consumables for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at albihealthcare01@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-9711788188
  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable)
  3. Our team will verify and schedule a return pickup (if eligible)

Note: Return pickup is available in select pin codes. In other areas, the customer may be asked to courier the item.


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 7โ€“10 business days of return approval
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be transferred to your bank account or via UPI

๐Ÿ” Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. To get a replacement, you may return the original item and place a new order.


โŒ Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used surgical items
  • Personal care or intimate orthopedic products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence
  • Products without original packaging or invoice

โš ๏ธ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will prioritize replacement or refund in such cases.
